ไปทุกครั้งก็พักที่นี่ทุกครั้ง แต่จองตรงกับโรงแรม (แพงกว่าจองผ่านเว็บ sawasdee นิดหน่อย) โรงแรมปรับปรุงใหม่สวย ทันสมัยดีค่ะ
การบริการของพนักงานดีมากทุกคน ยกเว้นพนักงานหน้าเคาน์เตอร์ตอนกลางวัน ไม่ค่อยยิ้มแย้มเท่าไหร่ เหมือนโดนบังคับมาทำงาน 555
ถ้าไปกำแพงเพชรอีกก็จะพักที่นี่อีกแน่อนอ

พนักงานของ sawasdee น่ารักมากทุกคนเลยค่ะ ช่วยเหลือ ดูแล แก้ปัญหาทุกอย่าง บริการถูกใจจริงๆ ตอนนี้จะไปไหนก็จะเปิดมาดูที่นี่ก่อนเป็นที่แรกเลยค่ะ

Staying at the Navarat was a pleasant experience. There were a couple of people who could speak well in English and answered queries etc. The staff which could only speak Thai were wonderful, and they tried patiently to figure out what I needed from my very poor Thai. I used the restaurant for breakfasts and the laundry service twice; no problems at all with either. For somebody who would like a local, friendly stay, I recommend the Navarat.
Reservation service:
Everything worked well - there were no problems whatsoever with the reservation and the fact that payment had already been made.

-บริเวณที่จอดรถน้อยเกินไป
-เครื่องทำน้ำอุ่นปรับอุณหภูมิค่อนข้างยาก
-น้ำที่อ่างล้างหน้าปรับอุณหภูมิไม่ได้มีแต่น้ำร้อนอย่างเดียว
-มีการลืมจัดเตรียมผ้าเช็ดตัว
