Enjoyable stay in a bungalow, staff friendly and Managers helpful. Only a few minutes stroll from the beach with many bars and restaurant closeby. We ate in the Blue Garden restaurant and the food was very good. The only fault was that the bathroom was a bad design, sometimes the toilet got wet if angle of shower was in the wrong position. We would stay here again.

Extremely small rooms with pool view. Not suitable for more than 2 adults and one child. Very low pressure in the showers. Mold on the bathroom ceiling in two of their 9 rooms with pool view. Breakfast staff speak very poor english.

Nice and clean Hotel, and the personal was kind and serviceminded. The location was percfect, 5 min. walk to the beach.

It was the worst hotel I been to. No water in the shower, no working toilet, no directly beach access because it´s a road between the hotel and the beach. It was a bad smell over the hotel all the time. We refused to pay for breakfast ( no good at all). The pictures over the hotel is wery nice but they are laying. Dont go there! We dont use to complain.

Nice welcome
We do not feel we got the value for the amount of money paid: full price 4200 Baths per night.
The room was small and the bathroom poorly designed and with heating system issues. Blood stain on the bed when we arrive.
The main complaint we have is definitely about the restaurant itself. Main courses were not synchronized, I got mine 45 min after my girlfriend got her plate.
The french fries were disgusting.
I raised these 2 issues to the manager who mentionned that they were too busy which was not the case, the restaurant was not full. Several persons complained.
We stayed in 3 different locations in Thailand, and this one is the only one where I would not go back at this price.

Well positioned in Bang Tao. Rooms are well equipped & aircon. works well. The pool is well maintained & the restaurant menu is extensive & the quality of food good. The breakfast is also good, although a little monotonous.We stayed for 11 days so we would have enjoyed more variety.Fresh bath & pool towels are provided every day. We would definitely stay here again.
