Accommodation and facilities: Being a regular traveller to Pattaya (at least once a year), we always stay at the LK Metropole. Positive sides include friendly staff, great rooms (see also negative sides), great choice of breakfast (best in Pattaya), great location (not noisy as are other areas), 5 mins to beach. Negative sides include hot water not consistent (have to play with the taps as hot turns cold in the middle so constantly needs adjustment), standard rooms have a very small balcony so recommend taking a delux rooms which are fab or even better still, upgrade to a suite room with sofa, two toilets, huge bed and bedroom. All in all, very positive recommendations for this hotel.
Reservation service: Sawadee were very prompt in arranging all bookings and were found to be cheaper than other agencies offering the same room but at a slightly higher price

Accommodation and facilities: This is a really nice hotel. I have stayed here several times now and would again. A little more expensive but worth it. Rooms are very nice, the staff is excellent and very helpful. A really super breakfast and cooked for you as you need it. Buffet items also available. A fairly good location, can easily get to the beach road via Mike s Mall.
Reservation service: none better than sawadee, we did it all at the last minute on the run and staff were super as usual.

Accommodation and facilities: Room very big but decoration a bit old.
The location is very convenience and you can easy to go Central Road, South Road, 2nd Road and Beach Road.
The staff very helpful but only the reception man.
Very tasteful breakfast, some choices for main breakfast and also have salad, bread, fruit, drink all you can eat.
Reservation service: Reply and confirm are very efficient.

Accommodation and facilities: A very nice hotel, we stayed in a studio room and it was really good, new and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful, a good location. I think this hotel is listed as 3 star but I rate it better than that, based on our studio room. I liked the breakfast format where it was prepared for you, and not laid out buffet style to be raked through and go cold.

Accommodation and facilities: Had a superior room for 20 nights. Good clean hotel, reasonable gym, decent breakfast. Overall value was as good as any other place I ve stayed in Pattaya, will definitely stay again. Location isn t near the beach but has everything else close to hand.

Accommodation and facilities: This is my second time to stay here first time was in May 2004/2005 when it first opened and again now in Aug 2010. The staff were wonderful from the doormen to the cleaners and the reception staff nothing was too much for them to do for you. Want to thank them again. Will definitely stay again you will hear people saying you can get cheaper hotels but not with the quality offered by LK Metro pole. The hotel is superb for singles couples or families, great location close to 2 road and Soi BuaKhao from both these streets you can get a bath bus to either sides of the pattaya nightlife. Well worth it very reasonable price also with great offers for longer stays.
