The hotel s neighbourhood is terrible,some of the hotel staff is very unfriendly, most of them doesn t speak english the bathroom is matured for a long time ago for a rebuild

I found this hotel down a side street to be very quiet in fact as a regular to Pattaya this was the quietest I have stayed in. Maybe it was the time of year but we got a good nights sleep each night. Breakfast was as I have become to expect basic and not what you get back home but part of the experience. Good location in that if you want the quiet of the beach it is very nearby and if you want the partyland only a 10 baht ride down the road.

After some comments in the past they even improved their breakfast.
Friendly staff. I already stayed their 5 times and will come again.

Very nice clean and quiet hotel. Breakfast can be better but otherwise good value for the money. comfortable beds excellent friendly staff and close to the beach.

A basic hotel with a good swimming hotel, however, for the price I expected at least a choice for breakfast. Everyday was toast, 1 egg and a rasher of bacon, with instant coffee or tea from a flask of hot water. If you couldn t eat any of this there was no alternative. After 20 years of visiting Thailand I have never come across this before. The air-conditioned bar/breakfast room was impossible to use if you are a non smoker. Cleanliness could be improved as the breakfast tables were crawling in ants and the pool area tables were not wiped down that often, but the swimming pool seemed very clean. All in all not particularly worth the price.

I stayed in this hotel now 6 times in the last 2 years. Always a good choice for this price.
Don t expect a 4-star level, but an fully satisfiable standard in best location. And sometimes small issues should be accepted.

all was nice but the breakfast was every day the same every day and when you want to 1 more tea you need to pay thats for me the end terrible sorry - I forget to say the breakfest was for me too small, for 1 child ok but not for man from 60yrs - sorry I'm never going back

I stayed already my third time there. Hotel has perfect location and good value for the low price. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Booking always without any problem. Only minus was the simple breakfast.

Room standard OK for the money.
Breakfast is a joke and virtually non-existing. No buffet. All you get is a glass of juice or coffee/tea and a poor untasty sandwich. They should not have any breakfast at all when it s this bad. Only makes guest dissatisfied.

Bad place with drunk russian that have no respect for other people. Make noise every night in the bar. And we complain there was no respons. Never again. The lady that clean room was very nice

This hotel was so dirty. When we arrived, it was a lot of sand in the shower, and nobody cared when we complained. We also had a big cockroach in the bathroom! When we talked to the reseption, they only smiled at us! Discusting! The hotel was noisy, and full of drunk russians that partyed all night. The reseption did not respond when we asked them to make them quiet. Please take this hotel away from your bookinglist, it is not worth a penny!

to the price aa very nice hotel.But the breakfast was very very poor and bad.A little far away from centrum of Jomtien.But the room bigger than I thought. And very good clean. The towels in bathroom discount and very thin.
