Requested for hair dryer, NO.
Requested for hot water, YES! But waited for 1 day 1 night, never send!
Pillow without pillow casing. Requested, they sent the casing and asked you to do it yourself!!

Old hotel, stained sheets and some bugs in the hotel. It used to be very nice, however needs to be cleaned and updated.
