Good and clean hotel with average sized rooms. Not at all bad for a night stay during your transit to or from Koh Samui.
Near to 7-Eleven Store, Tuk-Tuk (Taxi) Stand, and on main city road.
Breakfast is average but what else can you expect paying mere USD 35..???!!

I has sent a re-confirmation email directly to the hotel towards my booking with Sawasdee.com. But they did not respont to it.
On my arrival to the hotel, initially, the hotel reception could not trace my booking, but they handed over the room keys to me without any hasstle.
Later on, when asked, they said that they have traced the booking..!

Breakfast was the worst ever! Room ok - madras very hard.
Bad location, nothing to do.
Paid for internet in room - no network... had to sit in the lobby!

Stayed one night as a stopover before flying to Bangkok. Half an hour by taxi to the airport, may be better booking yourself as the hotel charged us 600 baht for the transfer.
Rooms were good, breakfast excellent wished we had had a meal in the hotel but instead went across the road to a Korean BBq, not recommended really,got charged 15 baht for ice!!

excellent value for money for a obviously recently renovated , large room. ´travelagents´ tell you about ´20 km out of town´. don´t trust them.
it´s near a tesco/lotus and 10 minutes by tuktuk ( 4-wheels!). means 70 - 90 bht one way to town center or night market. plus: bus stop ( also for airport transfer 100 bht p.person/ taxi is told to cost 300 plus ) in front of the hotel. big breakfast buffet in good quality.
