The place is fabulous, the beach is the most attractiv beach of the island The very attractive castaway family beach, decorated tastefully and sobriety the magnificent restaurant with the tables up to the beach, The design of the swimming pool, the staff is really charming, smiling, (in the reception, in the restaurant, the Domestic staff, the crew of the boat, everybody does his best so that stay is unforgettable , the Thai people welcome is not a legend! Just some points on which the improvements can be brought: - The quality of the breakfast   - The diving club near the hotel ask the double than the other scuba school of the island for a bad service and the staff except the responsable don t speak english It s a pity that kayak are a paying activity If you change this , everything will be perfect! I can t come up with a complaint. Every need was tended to and they were very busy and completely booked. We stayed more nights despite the high cost. This beach is the best on the island and the snorkling right off the beach is great. Food was good, beer was cold, the room was spotless. We will be going back no doubt. Always nice to see this kind of resort matched with their great service.

酒店很美,我定了HIDE-WAY,但感觉除了比小别墅略小点,基本没区别,也是独立的,房间很舒服,和5星的一样干净,又略带泰国味道,没有牙刷,而且靠海也很近.酒店有私人海滩,虽然安全线出去一点就是浮浅点,但安全线以内还是无法浮浅的,水很多沙,看不见鱼,如果要浮浅还是要去一日游,有家DIAMOND不错,带我们浮浅的MARK英国人,技术好,人也好.酒店员工都非常热情和友好,BEACH BAR还有个会,讲点中文,除了RECEPTION有个较胖的女的,态度真不好,除了最后让我给她打分的时候笑过,其他都扳着脸,但对白人就很热情.她服务和酒店的其他部分很不相称.酒店餐厅的THAI FOOD不错,海鲜就做的很一般了,FLY非常多,建议大家一人就点一个菜,不然赶苍蝇都来不及.酒店免费提供码头接送,但平时要去码头就只能坐1天三次的班车了,不过感觉码头除了买点水,其他也没什么可以逛了,要逛不如在苏梅逛.酒店的环境非常好,大草坪,宽阔的海滩.

Nice location, one of the few in Ko Tao not on the hills but directly on the beach. Pros: very clean and functional room. Lovely pool. Nice staff, helpful. Cons: overcharged the bills in the restaurant (it happened twice in 4 days), they tell you happy hour is 50% but it s not, the massage price went strangely up when we asked for it... it makes you feel ripped-off. The room (sea balcony) is really small. The beach could be cleaned by the staff. Despite the cons, would go again as it s a perfect place when traveling with children.

A wery good place for everone. We traweling with a 6-year old son and we and he love d the place. Wery nice poolarea. We stayed in two different accomendation at Haad Tien. The first were à Villa with our own pool. Wery nice and clean inside the villa. À suggestion is that book an extrabed if you traweling with bigger children - we take the madress from outside sunbed to sleep on. For 5-nights we should stay in à Castaway villa but got upgrade free of chargé to à new builded Castaway Family villa just on the beach. Wery nice accomindation, wery large area for a family of 2- adults and 2- children if you so like. Over both beds mosqito net s. Both accomendation s were one of the top 3 places/hotels that We have stayed at since 15-years back traweling around the world. Breakfest realy okey. Lunch okey. Dinner taste okey but you got board after à week. We had to pay 3000 Bath per Adult and 1500 Bath for child in advince for Compulsory New Year Dinner - we thought that were wery expensive - BUT it were worth every Bath and taste fantastic...!!! If we will come back to Koh Tao again so is HaadTien the place that we staying at...!!! Warmly recommending the place..!!

Very nice hotel with good services. We got upgraded to getaway villa which is a step away from the beach. Its a quiet location and beach. Hotel has pick up service from the pier and free shuttle bus service to town. This can be one of the best hotel in Koh Tao judging by all hotels we saw there.

Amazing atmosphere, great location. The best swimming pool. The food in the restaurant could be better and very expensive. It is recommended to rent a bike because the location is far from the center.

My family and me spent a wonderful vacation in June 2011 on Koh Tao staying at Haad Tien Beach Resort. The facilities at Haad Tien Beach Resort are located in a nice bay with clean water. The beach with its smoothly slope, corals and lots of fishes is suitable for small children as well as for snorkeling. The swimming pool beside the beach is partly sheltered from the sun and valuable for refreshing. Breakfast and dinner are served in the InSea restaurant, a nice area only sheltered by thatched roof beside the beach. Served were continental and asian style breakfasts with fresh fruits as well as Thai and international dishes for dinner. The accommodation is well integrated into the nature. Our Hideaway villa was as shown on the website, value the money payed but partly (particularly in the bathroom) a little bit worn by the years. The service is generally very good and child-friendly. Annoying were noises from a construction area for building up new accommodation inthe resort.

Отель хорош для тех, кто хочет спокойного отдыха на пляже, но в тоже время, быть недалеко от центров активной жизни. Номер замечательный. Персонал очень дружелюбный и предупредительный. Отдыхать было очень комфортно. Замечательные завтраки. Шеф-повар постарался представить тайскую кухню во всем разнообразии. После Тао мы были на Самуи и в Бангкоке - такого не было. Пляж мелкий. Мы любители снорка. Решили проблему с помощью каяка. Наше любое место было Шарк исланд. Большое спасибо отелю.

Sehr schönes Resort mit wunderschönen Bugalows. Für KohTao der perfekte Ort abseits des Massenauflaufs an einem kleinen Privatstrand. Sehr sauber und das Personal überaus feundlich. Ideal für Leute die Ruhe suchen, wobei ein Suttleservice in den Trubel besteht, der leider nur dreimal am Tag hin und einmal abends spät zurück kostenlos ist.

Alle Angestellten waren sehr freundlich.Das Resort liegt sehr schön. nur die Informationen vom Resort sind sehr spärlich. die Zusatzangebote, die man erhalten kann, sollten in den Hotelinformationen detaillierter aufgeführt werden. Z.Beispiel: Wie erhält man die Liegen, wo kann man sich am Strand hinlegen. Welche Zusatzangebote gibt es beim Frühstück? wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Haad Tien Resort is situated in the wonderful Shark Bay. It is very secluded, so you need a car or something else to get around. Shuttle bus service to the pier is offered, but only 3 times a day and not retour. The fat lady at the reception is very unfriendly. Our bungalow (nr. 110) was perfectly situated up the hill, so you could overlook the sea. A very nice location, but the price is a little bit to high for the island. You get definitely better options on the island for less money (for example freedom beach resort).

The hotel is charming and has no equivalent on the island. The villas are hidden under palm trees and next to the beach. The hotel service is great and the restaurant is very good although the card is simple. The pool is under construction and should be finished shortly. Overall great hotel 15mn from the port and on the best beach on the island.

The locatition is perfect but road is not easy to go by motocycle or walk. Cottages are excellent like in a park. The good quality beach is privte and good for kayak or snorkle. The pavillion bar provide very good drink for guests but meal was so so. All staff are very helpful and kindly like family. Any way, we spent unforgetble holidy here and like to back in further.

The resport did what they could with regards to rain, and found some sunshine after one day. Very good experience, and very good personally service from the mangement with Mr Suchet, with fine personally service.

The resort is being built at the moment and didn t seem finish yet. The room was poor built with too thin walls (sounded like the birds were inside the bungalow). There were no curtains, which meant that the sunlight woke us up at 7 am. Breakfast was not very varied and the quality was not 4 star either. All in all a bad experience and we left 1 day earlier with no refund. I will not recommend this hotel to anybody!
