Accommodation and facilities:
No wifi, far from beach, and overpriced. Staff was rude, would not accommodate simple requests such as for fresh towels after two days. Much better deals elsewhere! I d stay on west or north side of island where the beaches are better. Only plus is Bernie s beach bar across the way at the two rocks bungalows.

The worst place ever. Absolutely not correspond to the internal photos that look nice. We had booked three rooms, and when we arrived, one of our rooms had been rented to another person, this has created many problems. The rooms were filthy, with mice and mouse droppings inside. The beds had no sheets and the bathroom was full of earth and water on the floor. The island was fully booked, we had to buy soaps and we lost a day off to clean the rooms. The Pimolsuph House has ruined the holiday in Koh Phangan and forced us to leave the island a day earlier. The staff was not professional. I travel a lot and it s really the worst place I ve ever been. Do not go there never is really shit.
