From the moment we arrive at the hotel, we were greeted by a smiling face of the receptionist named Nuy. She is lovely and helpful. As the hotel location is isolated, they should have consider providing shuttle service to the town (about 10-12 km away).
Menu selection is very limited. During the duration of our stays, we have the whole main pool to ourselves. Is a great place for couples who want peace and quiet. The staffs are very friendly, and we were very pleased with one of the nights when we rented the hotel car service to town for dinner, they provided the driver who is in fact the Hotel HR Manager Joe. He was very helpful and brought us to a nice place by the seafront for dinner, near the air force base. We really enjoyed the food and price is reasonable.
Our only complaints are too many mosquitoes and the hotel should do regular fogging.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay at X2 and we will definitely be back again. Hope to see the friendly faces again!!

The hotel is simply fantastic. Admittedly, it is a little further away from the usual hotspots of Hua Hin and Cha Am but if you do make the trip there, I promise you that you would not be disappointed.
I chose this hotel for my honeymoon and I m very pleased. The room is excellent and the rock/stone wall design is the first I ve seen in a hotel room. Most hotels would have great designs in public areas but for X2, most of the intricate details have been fully thought out and presented in your own room. Get the Deluxe pool villa because it is amazing to wake up to sounds of water lapping in your pool.
Also, breakfast/lunch/dinner is great because you get to enjoy the seaview and pig-out on world class cuisine.
To get there, take the minivan from Century Mall (near Victory Monument) and it is about THB250 per person.
