Accommodation and facilities:
Very friendly and helpful staff. Good value for your money. Only down-side was that the laundry service was very expensive compared to other hotels we have stayed at.
Reservation service:
Excellent service. We had some troubles with a potential flight cancellation and sawadee was very helpful in contacting the hotel we had booked and was even able to get a refund although the hotel policy would normally not have allowed it.

A big place with something for everyone, useful local restaurants and friendly helpful staff

Somewhat daunting for the first-time visitor to Thailand - once you re familiar with country and its ways, it s all good.

What a fantastic place to stay, Customer service is foremost at this property. The rooms were clean, The view was spectacular of the Golden Triangle. I would stay here again and recommend to others!!

Great resort to stay at. Lovely reception area and building. Well maintained even though it is an older establishment. Staff very pleasant and friendly. Grounds beautifully maintained as well. Good swimming pool along with other activities. Lovely restaurant and superb views of the Mekong River. Very large rooms, fresh and very clean with a great balcony and excellent views. We arrived for Songkran and had a fantastic time with the locals. Good location with lots to see and do. Will definitely be back again.
