would not choose this hotel again. Tried to give a different room than in the internet, after a discussion, got a room similar to what we originally booked. Why they always have to try that, i do not know.
Apart from that an enjoyable stay, not really much more to add here. Was nothing spectacular, but enjoyable.
Reservation service:
no problems as usual. Good communication etc.

Me and my wife have been travelling around in Asia a lot. Specially in Thailand since my wife is Thai.
I always love my travelling in thailand since thai attitude for service is very good.
We choose to stay at Ratilanna this time since we had a very pleasent stay at this hotel December 2006, before grand opening. There is always very friendly and helpful staff to assist you all time. Quality of hotel is very good.
We will always use this hotel when we go to Chiang Mai.
Very easy to go to city center either by taxi or tuk-tuk.
Stay at this hotel is value for money.
